CISSP in Twelve Weeks
Twenty-five modules, eight domains, one learner. By week 12 you can answer any CISSP question the way a risk owner would, and you have written Hermetic's security program in the exam's own language along the way.
The question behind every module: what would the person accountable for this risk decide, and why?
The three tracks
Modules
How a week runs
Three modules
Read the module, then the matching book chapter, then do the module check. About two and a half hours each in Tracks 1 and 2.
Two practice decisions
Each problem is a real client decision. Write the artifact before you read the vocabulary section.
One review hour
Reopen last week's Common trap sections and redo the faded practice without the solution open.
One tutor session
Open this folder in Claude Code and say "quiz me on module 03". The tutor poses first and corrects one thing at a time.
Twenty decisions Hermetic makes
Each problem is a question an MSP owner asks before knowing the CISSP word for it. Pick one, write your first answer, and the exam's vocabulary arrives once the problem needs it. Three tracks: footholds, tools, and judgment.
How a CISSP attacks a question
Ten moves. Each has a cue that tells you to reach for it, the steps, a worked trace that rejects a rival move, and the case where it misleads. The drills at the bottom ask only one thing: which move first?
Pick the move
Resources
Outside material for when a module did not click, for practice questions, and for the three places to bring your capstone for critique. Filter by type, level and track.
Glossary
Every term the modules introduce, in everyday words, with the module that teaches it.
Flashcards
The glossary as a deck of cards. Flip a card, then say whether you knew it. Cards you miss come back a few cards later and stay near the front of the deck next time.
Deck finished
Tap the card or press Space to flip. Swipe right or press → if you knew it; swipe left or press A to see it again; ← goes back.
